The ‘cute’ mews house is fully furnished and fitted to a very high standard, and couldn't be in a more central position, but is tucked away in an attractive quiet oasis, just yards from one of Edinburgh's major bus arteries.

There are two attractive, good sized double bedrooms with ample storage. Both have double beds and large walk-in wardrobes. There is a modern bathroom with attractive white suite and over-bath shower.

The high specification living/dining room can accommodate 4 guests with ease and is perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine, before strolling across the road to one of Edinburgh main theatre venues or restaurants. There are full dining facilities provided for 4 people and leather sofa with occasional chairs and kitchen adjacent to the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge, microwave and all crockery and cutlery for 4 people and there is an integral utility area with washing machine, dryer and freezer. The house has central heating.

We can provide a personal meet-and-greet service (within certain times), otherwise a key drop facility operates to help ensure you get the best out of your trip to Edinburgh. Please note that a refundable £100 damage deposit is required on entry to this property.
