'Perfect for a Hen Party or Stag Party'.

This centrally located apartment was made for a Hen party or a Stag Party as it can sleep 20 ladies or 20 guys in comfort all in separate single beds.

The apartment contains 5 bedrooms, 3 of these very large all with large windows. The apartment is over two floors, three of the rooms are on the first floor and the other two can be found on the second.

The apartment boasts a total of 4 bathrooms and a separate WC which means no queues! The apartment has a large modern kitchen with stove, hob, and large refrigerator/freezer. It also has a dishwasher and an abundance of glasses, plates and cutlery when eating in.

The sitting room is very spacious with plenty of seating and two large tables with chairs, a great place to gather and celebrate. Towels and linen are provided for your stay.

A few minutes away from the apartment you have the Haymarket bar with a good pint and very good pub grub, you also have a breakfast bar called the golden grill on west Maitland street and across the road are convenient stores.

There are a few good restaurants in the area too you have an Indian on the corner of west Maitland street and a Nepalese across the road from that. The one that stands out the most though is the Chinese restaurant on Morrison street called Chop Chop that was cooking in Gordon Ramsey’s Best Restaurants competition of this years The F Word.

Also within 10 minutes walking distance to the City Centre and Princes Street. The Scottish Parliament, Palace of Holyrood house,
Dynamic Earth, variety of museums and galleries close to each other with the most famous National Museum of Scotland, Edinburgh Tours, Highland Tours, Royal Mile, tourist shops,ghost tours, St.Giles Cathedral, Scotch Whisky Heritage Centre, Camera Obscura and of course Edinburgh Castle!

Check in time is 14:00 onwards: Keys can be collected from our office (details will be given on booking). Check out is from 10:00am, a late checkout is available (subject to availability) at £50 per hour until 12:00(noon).

A baggage facility is provided from 10:00am, guests can arrive and leave luggage and come back at 2pm to check in. Late checkout until midnight is available but must be arranged in advance.

A refundable security deposit of £500 is required. This amount is preauthorised only, not taken from the account. This is a non smoking apartment.
