This apartment was made for Stag/Hen parties as it can sleep 16 guests in comfort all in separate single beds.

The apartment contains 4 rooms, 2 of these very large - all with large windows. Each room has a modern bathroom with shower, basin and WC and there's an extra WC in the hall. The apartment has a modern kitchen with stove, hob, large refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher. An abundance of glasses, plates and cutlery are available for the group. It also has a large dining table with plenty of seats. All towels and linen are provided for your stay.
All bedrooms are on the same floor and there is a main WC in the hall.

The apartment has been renovated with all new plasma tv's in every room and new sitting area also with a flat screen tv.

Only a short 10 minute walk to Edinburgh's Old Town. This apartment is within easy walking distance to Edinburgh's top bars and nightclubs. It is also only a 5 minute walk to Princes Street, which is Edinburgh's main shopping area.

As it's only in the West End the apartment is a 5 minute walk to Princes Street, where you will find plenty of Edinburgh's best shops. The apartment is also only a 10 minute walk to the old town and Edinburgh's top bars and nightclubs like Lava Ignite, Berlin, Picture House and Karma. If your group doesn't fancy walking, then a black cab will take you there for around £5.

A few minutes away from the apartment you have the Haymarket bar with a good pint and very good pub grub, you also have a breakfast bar called the golden grill on west Maitland street opposite there is a RS McColls and a Cost cutter shop. There are a few good restaurants in the area too you have an Indian on the corner of west Maitland street and a Nepalese across the road from that. The one that stands out the most though is the Chinese restaurant on Morrison street called Chop Chop that was cooking in Gordon Ramsey’s Best Restaurants competition of this years The F Word.

The apartment is just off Morrison Street which is a busy street, with plenty of cafes and bars. A great place to begin your night.

Only 5 minutes walk away is Fountainbridge Leisure centre which offers a cinema, bowling alley, casino and a number of bars/restaurants.

Check in time is 14:00 onwards: Keys can be collected from our office (details will be given on booking). Check out is from 10:00am, a late checkout is available (subject to availability) at £50 per hour until 12:00(noon).

A baggage facility is provided from 10:00am, guests can arrive and leave luggage and come back at 2pm to check in. Late checkout until midnight is available but must be arranged in advance.

A refundable security deposit of £500 is required. This amount is preauthorised only, not taken from the account.
