It has an in house bar - a large mahagony bar structure from which you can serve yourselves drinks, a large modern kitchen with breakfast bar, a comfortable lounge with large leather sofas and a state of the art bathroom featuring jacuzzi bath, separate steam shower and dual sinks and seperate ensuite shower room and separate WC.

Ideal for festival goers and groups of friends/family wishing to sleep in individual single beds. All children are welcome and children under 2 years stay free of charge.

This is a perfect city centre edinburgh apartment which looks favourably on Edinburgh Stag Party Groups and Edinburgh Hen Party Groups.

Enjoy the city without taxis - a short walk to everything worth seeing - fabulous restaurants on the doorstep and with numerous bars and nightspots within a half mile radius.

Also within walking distance is the Royal Mile which is located in the Old Town and Princes Street is just a short walk away. Plenty restaurants, cafes, bars, pubs, nightclubs around as well as galleries, museums, Scottish Parliament, Holyrood Palace and many more places to visit.

Check in time is 14:00 onwards: Keys can be collected from our office (details will be given on booking). Check out is from 10:00am, a late checkout is available (subject to availability) at £50 per hour until 12:00(noon).

A baggage facility is provided from 10:00am, guests can arrive and leave luggage and come back at 2pm to check in. Late checkout until midnight is available but must be arranged in advance.

A refundable security deposit of £500 is required. This amount is preauthorised only, not taken from the account.
