Murphy's Place Apartment
This bright and spacious three bedroom apartment is just a 15 minute walk to east end of Princes Street. There are numerous quality restaurants within minutes of the apartment, as well as a lovely selection of pubs to choose from, modern and traditional. We also have menus for our favourite home delivery available in the apartment, if you prefer a wee night in with your feet up.
Broughton Street has many award winning bars as well as Crombie's Butchers and Real Foods. Valvona and Crolla at the top of Leith walk is a wonderful Italian deli - a must for any foodies. Cannonmills and Stockbridge are within easy reach and both have some lovely independent retailers on their respective parades. Princes Street and George Street have all the usual highstreet names you would expect.
The apartment has a fully equipped modern kitchen, dining area which seats six guests and lounge with two 3 seater sofas.
The master bedroom has a kingsize bed with dressing area and ensuite with a shower cubicle. The second bedroom has two single beds and a built in wardrobe and the third bedroom has two single beds. Therefore in total the apartment can sleep up to six guests.
A family bathroom with handbasin, wc, bath and over bath shower, completes the accommodation.
A Meet and Greet service is provided with check-in available from 4pm and check-out by 11am.
There is a bus stop at Elm Row which is 5 minutes walk from the apartment. If you would prefer to take a taxi, a journey to Princes Street is approx. GBP4.50. The Waverley Train Station and Airport Bus Terminal are about 15 minute walk away. A Taxi from airport costs aprox. GBP18.00.
There are two entrances to the building, and one entrance directly into the apartment:
The first entrance is from Hopetoun Street, this is up steps, into the building then down a flight of stairs (there is a lift in the building) to the maindoor of the flat.
The second entrance is from the rear of the building, this is where the car park is, the maindoor of the flat is the first door you meet once inside the building. Finally there is a door at the rear of the building from the footpath at the car park, which takes you directly into the dining area/kitchen.
Parking details There is free private parking to the rear of the building. There is also metered on street parking.
