A fantastic collection of 30 completely refurbished studio apartments. The high spec Richmond Place Apartments launched in September 2010.

Entrance to the apartments is via our 24-hour dedicated reception centre. From here all the apartments can be accessed by lift.

Inside these modern apartments you'll find a living/dining area featuring an LCD TV with freeview and built in DVD player. The sleeping area with double bed can be found at the mezzanine level. Bringing a laptop? Feel free to use our wired internet access.

The kitchenette benefits from a microwave, oven with hob, fridge/freezer and facilities to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee.

The en-suite includes a toilet, basin and shower.

We provide all the linen and towels required for your stay. We're also happy to provide cots, free of charge, for children up to age 2.

From the fantastic Old Town location you'll be within easy walking distance of all that central Edinburgh has to offer including the New Town, Edinburgh Castle, the Royal Mile and Edinburgh Waverley Train Station.

All our apartments are non smoking. Check-in time is from 2pm onwards and check-out time is before 10.30 am.

Parking details An NCP car park is available just a 10 minute walk from the apartments on St Johns Hill (just off the Pleasance).
