There is a fully fitted and well equipped kitchen and modern bathroom with bath/shower. The bedroom can be arranged with a double bed or as a twin room with single beds, depending on your requirements.

A deposit of 25% is payable on booking and the outstanding balance is due on arrival. We have a central office on The Royal Mile where you can make your balance payment via all major debit/credit cards and pick up your keys. Standard Check-in time is 15:00hrs and standard Check-out time is 10:00hrs. Late Check-outs can be arranged at our reception on your arrival date (charges will apply, and is subject to availability).

All Linen & Towels are provided in the apartment. Guests who book our apartments for more than 7 nights will receive complimentary linen & towels change once a week.

We offer a complimentary drop off facility in our reception. We also accept stag/hen and single sex groups.
