There are 2 bedrooms in the property, all furnished with a double bed and two singles beds, with plenty of wardrobe space. The master bedroom benefits from an en-suite shower room, with wash hand basin and loo, while the second bedroom shares the use of a family bathroom with bath and shower over, wash hand basin and toilet.

The apartment has full facilities including fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge and all kitchen utensils. The lounge has TV, DVD/CD player and the leather sofa can be converted to a double bed allowing two further guests to be accommodated. Wireless internet access is also provided for guests use.

A 25% deposit is payable on booking and the outstanding balance must be paid 2months prior to your arrival date. Please note a refundable security deposit of £175 is required by PRE-AUTH on credit card or cash on arrival. Check in at 3pm and check out is before 11am, unless by prior arrangement.
