The Brunstane Apartment is a ground floor self-catered studio apartment,forming part of a modern townhouse in East Edinburgh. Situated close to Brunstane train station, which is a 5 minute train journey to Waverley Station on Princes Street. Also, only 1mile from Portobello, Edinburgh’s seaside resort.

This compact apartment benefits from a bright and sunny lounge with french doors out to a south facing courtyard which is lovely to sit out in. A TV, DVD and wireless internet access are provided for guests use.

The kitchen/dining area has a fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave, washing machine and dining table for two guests. The separate sleeping area has a double bed and ample storage for a short break. A separate shower room and separate bathroom with w.c. and hand basin, complete the accommodation. The apartment will have a welcome pack of tea/coffee and milk provided on arrival and guests can make use of the shampoo, conditioner and body lotion provided in the bath/shower area.

A 25% deposit is payable on booking and full payment of the outstanding balance is made on arrival. Please note a refundable damage deposit of £100 is also payable on arrival.

The apartment will be available for occupancy at 1pm on the date of arrival and must be vacated before 10am on the date of departure. Any variation to these times must be agreed with us before confirmation of booking is completed - late arrival times may incur an additional charge.

The apartment is close to Portobello, with a variety of shops and restaurants. The fashionable Shore district at Leith is a short drive away. Attractions such as Rosslyn Chapel (featured in The Da Vinci Code), North Berwick Seabird Centre, Muirfield Golf Course at Gullane and Dirleton Castle are all conveniently accessible from the A1 and city bypass. There is also easy access to the motorway network, the city bypass, the airport and the Forth Road Bridge.

Opposite the apartment there is Brunstane burn with cycle path which leads to Newhailes House (National Trust for Scotland property) and central Edinburgh the other way. A good train and bus service is in operation and a 44n bus operates throughout the night.

Access Arrangements: We will either meet you or leave the key in a keysafe. We may also be able to arrange a baggage drop if required.
