It’s just a 5minute walk to Princes Street, the centre of Edinburgh.

The property is large and is decorated to a high standard throughout. The large drawing room is extremely comfortable and could easily seat an additional 4 guests if required. The fully equipped kitchen has a sunny outlook, as well as having a dining table with six chairs.

The large master double bedroom has an en-suite shower and there is also a spacious twin bedroom with separate bathroom. Excellent storage facilities are provided in the many cupboards throughout the apartment. In addition, there is a south facing private patio area to the front of the apartment for guests use.

A 25% deposit is payable on booking and the remainder of the payment is due 1 month before arrival. If arrival is less than 1 month from booking, the full payment is due once the booking confirmation is received. Please note guests are not required to pay a refundable damages deposit on arrival, as detailed in the booking correspondence.

The property will be available between 5pm-6pm on the start date, unless a separate agreement is reached. The property shall be vacated by 10:00am on the departure date, unless a separate agreement is reached. The way in which the keys will be delivered or collected will be agreed when the final payment is received.
