Bedrooms 1 & 2 (double size) are located next to the master bathroom (bath/shower) on the upper level, bedroom 3 with en-suite is on the ground level. The beds are flexible depending on the requirement of the guests, all beds split into twin or super-king size, bedroom 3 has 4 single beds or 2 super-king beds to accommodate families or groups requiring all single beds. There are a total of 8 single beds or 4 super-king beds (or any combination), extra guest beds can be provided on request. Bed linen and towels are provided. Laundry and concierge service available on request

It has a fabulous City centre location in New Town, just a 3 minutes walk to Princes Street, one block to Harvey Nichols and George Street and many tourist attractions are just a short stroll away

Prices are fully inclusive of taxes, utility bills etc - no hidden extras.

Check in is at 3pm and check out is by 11am. Guests can drop off luggage and pick up the keys just after 11am when the apartment is being cleaned and prepared. If the apartment is free the night before arrival then we can allow check in from 9am.
