The apartment has two comfortable double bedrooms and sleeps up to 4 people. The second twin bedroom has two single beds.

The bathroom has a full-length bath with an electric shower unit, wash hand basin and a WC.

The living room is light & calm with two leather sofa’s, feature lighting, HD TV/DVD/radio, Virgin V+ box, Wifi/cable broadband and telephone (outgoing calls to UK landlines only).

It has a modern sunny well-equipped fitted kitchen (gas cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine / drier, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, plus cookware, glass & crockery for 4), with a table and chairs making a small dining area. The kitchen enjoys the morning sun and has an outlook to lawn and mature trees.

A deposit of 25% is payable on booking and the outstanding balance of the rental price must be received six weeks before your arrival date. For bookings made less than six weeks before your arrival date the whole rental price falls payable at the time of booking.

We provide a 'meet and greet' service, whereby we will meet you at the property to provide keys and show you the layout. Check in time is from 2pm and check out time is by 11am (unless prior arrangements have been made for a later departure time).
