This garden studio apartment is a good choice for guests who wish to stay (and park!) in a quiet and exclusive area of Edinburgh, within walking distance of Edinburgh’'s historic city centre and Princes Street.

It is a great base from which to explore Edinburgh being only a 20minute walk to most city centre attractions or short bus ride, this studio apartment is in the garden of an established stone-built home, set within a grand leafy street of Victorian villas in Bruntsfield.

Guests can enjoy a quiet setting whilst only being a couple of minutes walk from Morningside/ Bruntsfield shops and the Meadows park. This area of Edinburgh has many delightful gift shops, delis, cafes, and a good choice of bars and restaurants.

This garden apartment has an open-plan layout with standard size double bed and additional sofa-bed, which could suit a young family sharing. There is a modern newly fitted shower-room with WC and wash-basin. The bright living space features French doors which lead out on to a secluded garden terrace and during the summer months, guests have the benefit of being able to sit out to enjoy the garden.

The small kitchen area is ideal for preparing light meals, for the times when you choose not to eat out at one of the excellent selection of nearby restaurants and cafes. The apartment has a combination microwave/convection oven/grill and induction hob – it is not a full sized kitchen, as can be seen from the studio photos.

The studio has its’ own keys, and is situated in the walled garden of a stone-built villa. The garden has a locked gate access (keys are provided for both garden gate and studio).

A 25% deposit is payable on booking and the outstanding balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. We offer a "meet and greet" service whereby you will be met at the property to receive the keys and be shown the layout etc.

Check in is usually 3pm and check out is by 10am, however alternative arrangements can be made prior to your arrival.
