This luxurious apartment is located on the banks of the Firth of Forth. Every room looks out on to the water across to Fife, enjoying uninterrupted views. Sliding Doors open out onto the terrace where you will be greeted with spell-binding views of the Firth of Forth.

We are located on the 6th Floor, a lift takes you almost to our front door.

The apartment is large, at 1400 sq ft and has gas central heating throughout with private parking.

We have tried to think of everything to make your stay both comfortable and relaxing.

High speed WI FI internet access is included at no extra charge, via a BT Home Hub

The Lounge has a leather corner suite, a 2 seat sofa and arm chair, along with a 37 inch flat screen television and DVD Player. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all Neff Appliances and there is ample storage. The dining table comfortably seats 6.

The Apartment is Non Smoking

In the Hallway there is cupboard for Coats, a games cupboard, and a laundry cupboard with Bosch Washer Dryer.

All 3 bedrooms have a Flatscreen TV with built in DVD player, along with an Ipod Dock and Speakers. The beds are luxurious pocket sprung beds. Each bedrooms has a built-in wardrobe and good storage. All 3 bedrooms look out onto the Firth of Forth.

Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and an Ensuite Shower room, wardrobe and drawers for storage.

Bedroom 2 Has a king size bed, wardrobe and drawers for storage.

Bedroom 3 has twin beds and an ensuite bathroom, a walk in wardrobe with drawers storage.

All beds are pocket sprung.

There is also a family bathroom, with a bath.

Western Harbour has Fantastic transport links, The No. 10 Bus terminus is located at the rear of the apartment, this takes you straight into the city. The Tram will be a few minutes walk away when it is running.

Waverley train station is 3 miles away and the airport less than 10 miles away.

Within a 5 minute short walk is an Asda Supermarket which is open 24 hours 7 days a week.

There is also a Loch Fyne Fish Restaurant and Prezzo Italian Restaurant within a few minutes walk of the apartment, The Newhaven Quay family pub is also here.

Ocean Terminal with all it's shopping, Restaurants Multi Screen Cinema and the Royal Yacht Britannia is a short walk away, this is also a main bus terminus for Edinburgh.

The location is excellent combing excellent transport links, parking and stunning views.

Once you have made a booking with us, we will confirm by email.

Check in time is generally from 3.30 in the afternoon, and checkout time 1030 in the morning, we can on occasions accomadate different times to suit your needs.

Once we have receive your final payment, Keys are posted out to you, be recorded delivery, so you can arrive stress free knowing you have the apartment keys. We also send out directions to the apartment.

On departure keys are left in the key safe in the apartment.
