The Dean Gallery and the Gallery of Modern Art are only a few minutes walk along the Water of Leith.
This is the perfect place for a larger family or group of friends to stay and enjoy all that the wonderful city of Edinburgh has to offer. With two bathrooms there is less of a wait for the shower in the morning!
The apartment is Non-smoking but pets welcome. The apartment also benefits from private parking, quite a rarity in a property so close to the city centre. However you won't need a car - remember this apartment is only a 5 minute walk to the very centre of Edinburgh.
Minimum stay is generally 3 nights but 2 night visits can be accommodated. The minimum stay may increase at peak times such as New Year and during the Fringe Festival in August. A late availability discount of 10% is available on bookings where there is less than 7 days to arrival.
This apartment is right in the city centre so if you want to travel public transport will be right at hand.
All of our guests will be met by apartment owner to be given keys for their stay.
Check out time is 10.30am and standard check in time is 4pm. We will endeaver to look after any bags where possible to make the start or end of your stay with us as pleasurable as possible.
This apartment does not charge any late arrival supplements and does not require a Security Deposit. Full payment will be requested 6 weeks prior to arrival.
