Situated within a short walk of both Princes Street and the Royal Mile, this delightful apartment is situated on the third floor of the building and sleeps up to 4 people in two bedrooms. Please note that this apartment can be booked together with 3 other apartments in this block, to provide accommodation for larger groups.

West Tollcross is in an ideal location for the both the tourist hoping to explore the city’s historic sites and the business visitor. You are within a short walk of the mediaeval streets around the Grassmarket and the Royal Mile and also very close to Edinburgh’s International Conference Centre and the financial heart of the Capital. The area is also well served with a rich diversity of ethnic restaurants and shops. Visitors might like to try the Mexican delicatessen Lupe Pintos. Culturally, there is a wide choice of entertainments close at hand including the Lyceum, Traverse and Kings Theatres, The Usher Hall and The Film house, a great favourite with the locals as well as one of the venues for the Edinburgh Film festival.

This lovely modern apartment has the benefit of secure underground parking and lift service. The accommodation offers an open plan living/dining/kitchen providing comfortable seating for up to four people and has Sky TV and DVD Player as well as WiFi. A generously equipped kitchen area is equipped with an oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher together with a dining table and seating for 4 people. There is plenty of cookware and crockery, glass and cutlery for those wishing to spend an evening relaxing in the apartment. A separate utility cupboard houses a washer-drier.

The master bedroom has ample wardrobe space and zip and link beds which can be arranged as a super king or twins on request, it benefits from an ensuite shower room with w.c and wash hand basin. A second bedroom also with plenty of cupboard space looks out over attractive gardens and is furnished with a king-size bed. A second shower room with wash hand basin and WC completes the accommodation.

A deposit of 25% is payable on booking and the outstanding balance of the rental price must be received six weeks before your arrival date. For bookings made less than six weeks before your arrival date the whole rental price falls payable at the time of booking.

We provide a 'meet and greet' service, whereby we will meet you at the property to provide keys and show you the layout. Check in time is from 2pm and check out time is by 11am (unless prior arrangements have been made for a later departure time).

Parking details There is one allocated parking space in the secure underground car park.
