Earl Grey Court Apartment

Earl Grey Court is a luxury one bedroom apartment (4* VS graded) which is ideally suited for both tourists and business people. The Apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has lift access.

The central location, East Fountainbridge, is within walking distance of the majority of tourist and cultural attractions and the Edinburgh Financial Centre. This makes it an ideal base whether you are in Edinburgh for a special event like the Festival or visiting on business.

If you're here for a few days or more this Apartment really comes into its own, allowing you space to put your feet up and relax after a long day of sightseeing/working. You can either enjoy a take-away from the numerous local restaurants or you can prepare your own feast with local produce from the many nearby shops.

The spacious lounge has cable TV, DVD player, HiFi and wireless internet access provided for guests use. A separate fully equipped dining kitchen provides hob/oven, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer.

The bedroom can be arranged with either a king size bed or as a twin room with two single beds.

In order to confirm your stay, a deposit of 25% of the full payment is due on booking and the balance of the cost of your stay must be received by us not less than 28 days prior to arrival (or at the time of confirmation if this date has passed).

Unless otherwise agreed, the apartment will be made available from 2:00pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10:30am on the day of departure and keys returned. Please note that on arrival, you must present your confirmation details, passport or identity card and valid credit card details for security.

Parking details The apartment does not have it's own private parking, but with advance notice, it is often possible to borrow a parking space at the rear of the apartment ... so please ask. Otherwise, there is a 24 hour NCP car park a short walk away.
