The modern kitchen is equipped with fridge freezer, gas hob and double electric oven; there is plenty of cookware and crockery, glass and cutlery for those wishing to cook in the apartment. Laundry facilities are provided in a separate utility room.

The Master bedroom, complete with ensuite bathroom has a King sized bed. It is a very pleasant room with plenty of light and attractive furnishings. The large second bedroom can made up with a super king sized bed or with twin singles on request. A cot can be provided on request.

A separate high spec shower room completes the accommodation.

A deposit of 25% is payable on booking and the outstanding balance of the rental price must be received six weeks before your arrival date. For bookings made less than six weeks before your arrival date the whole rental price falls payable at the time of booking.

We provide a 'meet and greet' service, whereby we will meet you at the property to provide keys and show you the layout. Check in time is from 2pm and check out time is by 11am (unless prior arrangements have been made for a later departure time).
