Situated within easy walking distance of both Princes Street and the Royal Mile, this attractive apartment is one of 3 in the same block sleeping 4 to 6 people in each unit. West Tollcross is very close to Edinburgh’s International Conference Centre and the financial heart of the Capital, making it an ideal base for tourists and business visitors alike. The area is well served with a rich diversity of ethnic restaurants and shops. Visitors might like to try the Mexican delicatessen Lupe Pintos. Culturally, there is a wide choice of entertainments close at hand including the Lyceum, Traverse and Kings Theatres, The Usher Hall and The Film house, a great favourite with the locals as well as one of the venues for the Edinburgh Film festival.

This 2 bedroom apartment is situated on the third floor and has a lift service.

The apartment is very generously proportioned, the principle living space offering open plan living/kitchen/dining areas. Furnished to a high standard, there are two sofas including a double sofa bed and dining table and chairs. The owners have also provided digital TV with freeview and DVD player. The modern kitchen is equipped with fridge freezer, gas hob and double electric oven; there is plenty of cookware and crockery, glass and cutlery for those wishing to cook in the apartment. Laundry facilities are provided in a separate utility room.

The Master bedroom, complete with ensuite bathroom has a King sized bed. It is a very pleasant room with plenty of light and attractive furnishings. The large second bedroom can made up with a super king sized bed or with twin singles on request. A cot can be provided on request.

A separate high spec shower room completes the accommodation.

A deposit of 25% is payable on booking and the outstanding balance of the rental price must be received six weeks before your arrival date. For bookings made less than six weeks before your arrival date the whole rental price falls payable at the time of booking.

We provide a 'meet and greet' service, whereby we will meet you at the property to provide keys and show you the layout. Check in time is from 2pm and check out time is by 11am (unless prior arrangements have been made for a later departure time).

Parking details One allocated parking space is included with this apartment, in the secure underground car park.
