This snug apartment is enviably situated just opposite the grounds of Holyrood Palace and a short walk to the award winning Scottish Parliament. It forms part of a small 1960’s development. It is ideally located for those wishing to explore Edinburgh on foot as most of the major sights are extremely close at hand. Visitors will enjoy wandering along the Royal Mile and exploring the many small alleyways which are densely populated with attractive shops and restaurants. Alternatively, Holyrood Park is on your doorstep and the energetic can be at the top of Arthur’s Seat in less than half an hour where the spectacular city views more than make up for the climb.

The accommodation has many homely features. The comfortable living/dining room, with a view over to the Palace and Holyrood Abbey, has a TV with Freeview and DVD Player as well as a sound system with an Ipod docking feature. The owners have thoughtfully provided a selection of DVDs, books and games for the entertainment of visitors. WiFi access is available in the apartment. There is a double sofa bed for larger parties.

A spacious double bedroom provides plenty of cupboard and drawer space and is prettily decorated and furnished to afford a pleasant relaxing atmosphere.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric fan oven, a gas hob, and a microwave. A wide selection of crockery and cutlery and cooking utensils make cooking an inviting proposition and a cool bag and picnic ware have been thoughtfully provided for visitors who wish to make excursions further afield. The apartment also has a washing machine and tumble drier as well as an iron and ironing board.

A deposit of 25% is payable on booking and the outstanding balance of the rental price must be received six weeks before your arrival date. For bookings made less than six weeks before your arrival date the whole rental price falls payable at the time of booking.

We provide a 'meet and greet' service, whereby we will meet you at the property to provide keys and show you the layout. Check in time is from 2pm and check out time is by 11am (unless prior arrangements have been made for a later departure time).
