This beautifully appointed 3 bedroom apartment is situated in the converted distillery, with its trade mark tall chimney, which forms the heart of the stylish Dalry Gait development.
The property is within walking distance of the West end of Princes Street and Haymarket railway station and there are also frequent bus services to the city centre. You are only a short walk away from a wealth of good restaurants, a supermarket and a variety of other shops to meet all of your self catering requirements.
A security gate leads you through a Japanese style garden area to the door of the flats. The apartment is on the second floor with cityscape views on 2 sides. The front door opens into a long wooden floored hallway simply decorated and furnished with a leather consul table. The owners have thoughtfully provided an umbrella stand with umbrellas for the use of guests on the occasional wet day! Walking to your left, you find yourself in the living/dining area, with comfortable banquette seating, a large TV with free view and DVD player and a dining table and chairs. The open plan kitchen area opens onto this room and is fully equipped with microwave, oven and hob, fridge freezer and washer dryer. There is a food mixer as well as the usual selection of crockery, cutlery cookware and glass.
To the right of the front door the hallway leads to the Master bedroom, a generously proportioned space with a King sized bed, TV with free view and ensuite shower room. The room has built in wardrobes and is easily large enough to accommodate the good quality Z bed housed in the cupboard. 2 further good sized bedrooms are both set up with double beds, so that the apartment comfortably sleeps up to 7 people. A second bathroom completes the accommodation. The owners of this property have added many personal touches and spared no effort to make this a really special place to stay.
A deposit of 25% is payable on booking and the outstanding balance of the rental price must be received six weeks before your arrival date. For bookings made less than six weeks before your arrival date the whole rental price falls payable at the time of booking.
We provide a 'meet and greet' service, whereby we will meet you at the property to provide keys and show you the layout. Check in time is from 2pm and check out time is by 11am (unless prior arrangements have been made for a later departure time).
Parking details Private off street parking is available right outside the apartment. This property has a permit for two cars.
