The apartment is perfectly situated in a quiet area, and the architecture dates to the early 1800s. This is an ideal base from which to see Edinburgh and surrounds.

A vast array of restaurants, bars, bistros, cafes and shops are on the doorstep. Attractions such as the Royal botanical gardens, water of Leith, internationally renowned art galleries and even a historic bath house are all within easy walking distance.

This contemporary two bedroom apartment has undergone full refurbishment in 2005 to a high standard. It consists of a modern fitted kitchen, living room with dining area, two double bedrooms (one can be arranged as twin if required) and shower room.

The apartment benefits from having its own private outside seating area in the yard and a well-kept shared garden to rear. The owner lives nearby and can be available at short notice should you require assistance.

A deposit of 25% is payable on booking and the outstanding balance of the rental price must be received six weeks before your arrival date. For bookings made less than six weeks before your arrival date the whole rental price falls payable at the time of booking.

We provide a 'meet and greet' service, whereby we will meet you at the property to provide keys and show you the layout. Check in time is from 2pm and check out time is by 11am (unless prior arrangements have been made for a later departure time).

Parking details Pay-and-display parking bays are available on street. On street parking is free at weekends.
