This south facing garden flat is located about five minutes walk from the East end of Princes Street. It has its own main door private front courtyard. Regent Terrace, designed by Playfair, is one of three Grade A listed terraces of Georgian houses skirting Calton Hill. The accommodation has recently been decorated and is furnished with a mixture of antique and modern furnishings. It has been awarded a Four Star rating by the Scottish Tourist Board.
Regent Terrace is close to almost all facilities, including theatres (the Festival Theatre is about twelve minutes walk away), restaurants and tourist sights. Regent Terrace overlooks Holyrood Palace (4 mins. walk) and Arthur’s Seat.
Visitors have access to the owners attractive terraced garden at the rear, which is a lovely sun-trap in which to relax or have a barbeque. To the front there is private access to the apartment and a pretty courtyard garden.
The apartment is in an enviably central location with most of the major sights within a short walk. The east end of Princes Street is about a six minute walk and the Holyrood Palace end of the Royal Mile can be reached in about 5 minutes.
The large south facing Large living/dining room has a dining alcove with a table and seating for up to 6 people Comfortable seating is grouped round a marble fireplace and there is CD player, television (with Freeview) and DVD Player. A phone is provided for incoming calls – local and national outgoing calls are free – and there is also wifi internet access. There is a small double sofa bed for maximum flexibility of sleeping arrangements.
The master bedroom is of generous proportions – this has a King-size bed and ample cupboard and drawer space – we can provide a fold up bed or a cot for this room if required.
A Triple bedroom providing three single beds is ideal for a family party or group friends and is furnished with an antique wardrobe and dressing table.
A Kitchen equipped with a gas hob and electric oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery, dishwasher and refrigerator. An alcove off it houses the washing machine. There is a tumble drier. A small table offers space for informal dining.
A spacious Bathroom has a bath and an electric shower over, wash hand basin and wc. There is a hair-drier in the apartment.

Gas central heating, electricity and bed linen are included in the rental price.
A deposit of 25% is payable on booking and the outstanding balance of the rental price must be received six weeks before your arrival date. For bookings made less than six weeks before your arrival date the whole rental price falls payable at the time of booking.
We provide a 'meet and greet' service, whereby we will meet you at the property to provide keys and show you the layout. Check in time is from 2pm and check out time is by 11am (unless prior arrangements have been made for a later departure time).
Parking details Four hour ticketed parking is available outside the property at £1 per hour between 8.30 and 5.30 p.m. on weekdays – weekends and some public holidays are free. Unmetered parking is to be found within ten minutes walk of the apartment. Parking within and outside the metered zone is always available.
