A few minutes walk from Princes Street, this flat is perfect for holiday-makers wishing to experience the unique qualities of one of Europe's most beautiful cities with all the comforts of their own apartment.

The apartment is in Edinburgh's prestigious new Hopetoun Village development, which is within easy walking distance of Edinburgh's famous Playhouse Theatre and the numerous pubs, clubs and restaurants of fashionable Broughton Village. It can accommodate up to 6 people in 1 twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, 1 double bedroom with separate bathroom, and a double sofa bed in the living room. Larger parties can rent our 2 properties which are conveniently situated in the same block 1 floor apart. This building has the advantage of a lift.

If you are considering coming to Edinburgh during the Festival, or during the Summer holiday period we can still fit you in. If you wish to come to Edinburgh later in the year you will also be welcome.

From time to time, we will offer special deals for Rugby weekends, Valentine Breaks, Christmas, New Year and Easter. Two nights is our minimum letting period, except during the Festival.

A deposit of 25% is payable on booking and the outstanding balance of the rental price must be received six weeks before your arrival date. For bookings made less than six weeks before your arrival date the whole rental price falls payable at the time of booking.

We provide a 'meet and greet' service, whereby we will meet you at the property to provide keys and show you the layout. Check in time is from 2pm and check out time is by 11am (unless prior arrangements have been made for a later departure time).

Parking details There is one allocated space in the private car park, provided with this apartment.
