This is a beautifully refurbished one-bed flat on the 3rd floor, at the Victoria Street end of the Grassmarket. Right in the heart of Edinburgh's historic Old-Town. Princes Street, Waverley train station and the Royal Mile are a 5/10minute walk away.

The flat sleeps 2 comfortably in the double bedroom, and an additional 2 people can sleep in the two single sofa-beds in the lounge area if required.

The apartment is situated in the central location of the Grassmarket, which offers a host of cosmopolitan bars, restaurants and take-away facilities. Other social amenities within the immediate vicinity include Edinburgh's main library, the Usher Hall, museum, cinema complex and banks. For local convenience stores there is a small newsagent right across the road, otherwise, the best bet is going to Lothian Road for the Sainsbury's and the Tesco Metro (5 mins walk).

Princes Street and the Scottish Parliament are within easy walking distance and regular bus service operates to most parts of the city if you require to stray further afield off the tourist beat. Waverley and Haymarket railway stations are about 1 km from the apartment and this is an ideal location for Edinburgh university and the adjacent Edinburgh College of Art.

A 25% deposit is payable on booking and the remaining balance must be settled no later than 8 weeks before arrival. Any bookings made within 8weeks of arrival must be paid in full on booking. We request a security deposit of £50 payable by Paypal invoice 2 weeks before entry, which is fully refundable on the condition the flat is not found to need any special cleaning or repair.

We try to post keys minimum 2 week prior to arrival once the security deposit has been paid. If this is not possible, then meeting on the day of arrival will be arranged. Unless special arrangements have been discussed, check in time is after 2pm and check out time is 11am. Bags can usually be left in the flat until 2pm, just let us know. Often late check out is no problem either, but only if arranged with us prior to arrival.

Parking details We can offer a free parking space in Leith (15m bus, 40m walk) where you can leave your car for the duration. Contact us for details. Alternatively, there are plenty of pay-and-display parking spaces in Edinburgh at the cost of £1.60 per hour. In addition, there are several NCP car parks near the city centre.
