Check in is from 5pm on day of arrival and check out is at 11am on day of departure. Access codes for the door entry system and key safe are emailed out the day before arrival so you are able to access the property without having to meet anyone or pick up keys.
A 25% deposit is payable on booking and the balance of the cost of your stay must be received by us not less than 28days prior to departure. Please note guests are required to pay a refundable security deposit of £250.00, 28days before the start of your stay.
Parking details Due to the location of the property on the Royal Mile there is no parking onsite, however parking is a 5minute walk away in the NCP car park at Castle Terrace, however those without a car could not have a better base to explore the very centre of Edinburgh.
