Both the living room and bedroom are luxuriously appointed enjoying floor to ceiling windows which provide views across meadow walk to the distant Sailsbury crags (Arthurs Seat).
The dining area can accommodate four guests to comfortably dine and doubles as a great workstation from where you can benefit from the complementary wireless internet access.
A restful sleep is assured in the luxurious bedroom which comes equipped with a Plasma TV/DVD/CD player. The bedroom has ample wardrobe space and storage and is fitted with a room safe, hairdryer and telephone. Bedding is rich cotton with allergy free pillows & duvet. Fluffy towels and bathrobes are provided.

With it's unique location, our apartment provides a stunning base from which to explore Edinburgh. The apartment is located on the second floor of a private building and benefits from CCTV and lift access.
A 25% deposit is payable on booking and the remaining balance will be due 28 days prior to arrival unless alternative arrangements have been made. Failure to pay the prepayment 14 days prior to arrival will be deemed to be a cancellation. A £200 refundable security deposit will be required upon arrival via credit card and then refunded back on departure. Unless otherwise agreed, the accommodation will usually be made available from 2pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated on the day of departure by 10.30am, and keys/car park pass returned to the concierge.
