Edinburgh’s major tourist attractions are a short walk away making this an ideal base for those wishing to make the most of their time in the city.
Rooms radiate off an entrance hallway. The large kitchen which is furnished with attractive fitted units has a welcoming atmosphere. There is an oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. A good sized dining table seats six in comfort making this a pleasant environment in which to enjoy a convivial meal together.
Both bedrooms are of generous proportions and have beds which can be made up as twins or super kings on request. Plenty of cupboard space is available.
An attractive living room has a sofa (which opens into a double bed) and comfortable armchairs grouped around a fireplace with an over mantel mirror. A TV with a DVD player has been provided make this a pleasant room in which to relax. Should visitors wish to partake of a meal in more formal surroundings there is a second dining area in this room.

Walk out of the front door across the much admired and photographed off-street courtyard and come out onto Edinburgh’s historic Royal Mile with the acclaimed Scottish parliament building in front of you and Holyrood palace and The Queen’s Gallery to the left. To the back of the flat there is access to the main station which is five to seven minutes walk away as is Princes Street, the main street of the city. A deposit of 25% is payable on booking and the outstanding balance of the rental price must be received six weeks before your arrival date. For bookings made less than six weeks before your arrival date the whole rental price falls payable at the time of booking.
We provide a 'meet and greet' service, whereby we will meet you at the property to provide keys and show you the layout. Check in time is from 2pm and check out time is by 11am (unless prior arrangements have been made for a later departure time).
Parking details There is on-street metered parking close to the apartment and longer stay parking options at Waverley Train Station, which is 7minutes walk away.
