The apartment occupies an enviable position within a newly refurbished 19th Century Schoolhouse. High spec furnishings and fittings ensure that the holiday-maker gets the most from their stay.
Less than half a mile from Princes Street, local amenities include a wealth of restaurants and bars to suit all tastes and budgets. The property is ideally situated for the Festival Theatre and numerous festival and Fringe venues. Edinburgh Castle, The Royal Mile, Holyrood Palace, National History Museum and several Art Galleries are all within easy walking distance. Arthur's Seat and the Royal Commonwealth Pool/Gymnasium are also a very short walk away.
Transport Links are excellent as the apartment is close to several main bus routes which access most areas of the city and beyond. Waverley Train Station is a 5 minute walk. Nearby access to the City Bypass and motorway networks provides ease of access and options for those who travel by car.
The apartment has a secure videophone entry system, 26 LCD television, DVD home cinema entertainment system, Wi-Fi connectivity, MP3 capability, Sky Digital, washer/drier, microwave, toaster, fan oven/hob, fridge and freezer. One newly fitted modern lower bathroom (near lower bedroom) and one newly fitted modern upper en suite with power shower over the bath. There are two double bedrooms (one mezzanine). A deposit of 25% is payable on booking and the outstanding balance of the rental price must be received six weeks before your arrival date. For bookings made less than six weeks before your arrival date the whole rental price falls payable at the time of booking. Guests should note there is a 50 pounds cash refundable security key deposit. Security deposits are returned at the point of departure.
We provide a 'meet and greet' service, whereby we will meet you at the property to provide keys and show you the layout. Check in time is from 2pm and check out time is by 11am (unless prior arrangements have been made for a later departure time).
Parking details There is on-street metered parking close to the apartment, or many city centre car parks available.
