For bookings made less than six weeks before your arrival date the whole rental price falls payable at the time of booking. Guests should note there is a 50 pounds cash refundable security key deposit. Security deposits are returned at the point of departure.

We provide a 'meet and greet' service, whereby we will meet you at the property to provide keys and show you the layout. Check in time is from 2pm and check out time is by 11am (unless prior arrangements have been made for a later departure time).
