The New Town’s Georgian architecture is stunning and together with the Old Town, became a World Heritage Site in 1995. St Vincent Street itself dates from 1822 and is situated in one of the most attractive and peaceful corners of the New Town, overlooking the gardens of Royal Circus. Immediately in front of the apartment there is a large communal garden, which is shared with neighbouring properties and contains a swing.

This first floor apartment has large, spacious rooms with high ceilings with many characterful Georgian features such as wooden window shutters, ornate plasterwork and marble fireplaces. The apartment has recently been sensitively modernised and furnished, and has central heating throughout.

All rooms are accessed from the magnificent reception hall, paved in Caithness stone.

The largest of the three bedrooms is located to the rear of the property and has attractive views over neighbouring gardens. There are two single beds in this room which also benefit from a spacious luxury en-suite bathroom containing a feature freestanding bath, wash hand basin, wc, bidet and shower.

The second twin bedroom looks onto Royal Circus and has a large built-in wardrobe. The third bedroom is also situated to the front of the property and is furnished with a double bed. The main bathroom for the apartment is located off the hall and contains a feature antique bath with shower above, w.c. and wash hand basin.

A 25% deposit is payable on booking. Please note a refundable security deposit of £200 is due to cover any damage or extra cleaning. This will be by bank transfer which will be returned assuming no damage or excess cleaning to the apartment is required.

Check in is from 4pm on the day of arrival and check out is by 10am on the day of departure.
