This four star (VisitScotland) quiet rear facing, recently refurbished apartment is located very centrally in Edinburgh's Old Town. It has one bedroom and is located on the third floor (apologies but there is no lift).

There is a brand new fully integrated designer kitchen installed with an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer, and a dining table with seating.

The apartment has also had a new bathroom suite installed with a bath, electric shower and heated towel rail. There is laminate flooring laid throughout the apartment.

In the lounge there is a leather sofa bed (that can sleep one additional guest), two separate chairs and a television with satellite. The double bedroom has a king sized bed, built in wardrobe and two bedside cabinets for storage.

We offer a 'meet and greet' service, where we will meet you at the apartment to provide keys and show you the layout. Check in time is from 2pm and Check out time is 10.15am. On arrival we also provide a welcome basket, which includes tea, coffee, biscuits, breakfast cereal and milk.

A 25% deposit will be taken on booking and the full payment requires to be made 56 days before arrival date. If your booking is made within 56 days, the outstanding balance will be due once you receive your confirmation details.
