The Causewayside Apartment @ The Southside

Modern Open Plan Living; this sophisticated 4 star graded apartment is only a 20mins walk from The Royal Mile and 5mins from the Meadows. Stylish, contemporary, ground floor apartment, fitted to a high standard and set within a converted print-works.

The spacious open plan living and kitchen are finished with a luxury designer kitchen. Delightful touches include the original Scottish art on the wall.

The apartment offers self catering for 4 and has two bedrooms, one with a king sized bed and the other zip-link twin beds which convert to a king sized bed. Has wooden flooring throughout and carpeted bedrooms. There is a sofa bed in the living are suitable for under 16 years of age only.

Located in the attractive south-side of Edinburgh, the location offers excellent local amenities, whilst only being a short bus ride or within reasonable walking distance of many of Edinburgh's main tourist attractions and city centre.

A welcome pack of tea, coffee, biscuits and milk awaits guests on arrival as are a selection of complementary Scottish toiletries.

Sorry no pets. No smoking. Apartment not suitable for Stag and Hen parties. One member of the booking party must be 25yrs old and single sex groups are vetted. We reserve the right to cancel bookings where these conditions do not appear to be met.

Exterior The apartment is within a converted brick print works.

Parking details Over the weekend on street Free Parking is available just around the corner from the apartment. During the week there is Free on street parking on residential streets a 10 minute walk away. Otherwise parking is metred 8.30 to 5.30 pm We have secured one parking space attached to a block of flats next door. It is very close to the apartment. As it is not a secure parking lot, guests leave their cars at their own risk. As per all unsecured parking lots, we advise leaving no valuables or belongings in cars. IMPORTANT NOTE: ACCESS TO THE SPACE IS THROUGH A NARROW ENTRANCE AND THE SPACE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR LARGE CARS SUCH AS ESTATES OR 4 X 4S.
