What a fantastic gem of an apartment!
Everything ran smoothly from the moment we booked until the moment we left.
Location is fantastic. About 15 minutes walk to Grassmarket which is where we spent the majority of the weekend!
Would definitely stay again!
Centrally located and walking distance to all of Edinburgh's best sites, this apartment is a rare gem.
Comfortably furnished, we felt immediately at home with everything we needed on hand: internet, tv, dvds, full kitchen and comfy couches for relaxing in.
The owners are super friendly, flexible, helpful (gave us some great ideas for sight seeing in Scotland) and will go out of their way to ensure you have a great stay. The rates are almost too reasonable for such a great pad.
If your looking for a modern apartment with everything brand new, this apartment is not for you, but if you want a charming, comfortable stay in edinburgh at a great price with a brilliant location - look no further!
Stayed here with my 3 children for a few days during the Festival. Spacious flat (although the shower room a little compact) and we all felt very comfortable. Lovely walk through Bruntsfield Links and the Meadows to get into hustle and bustle of Edinburgh. All you need within easy walking distance - including a great Thai restaurant.

Had a really great time, the apartment was lovely and the landlords were very helpful and nice!
Would recommend to anyone wanting to come to Edinburgh, will come back soon!!

Came to Edinburgh to celebrate my 6th leap year birthday and the flat made us feel right at home!
Sad to be leaving, I'm sure I will be staying here again!

Great visit to Edinburgh during the Festival. Felt very comfortable in this flat. Location was perfect for us and we enjoyed our walks through Bruntsfield Links and the Meadows. All you need is on your doorstep - including a fab Thai restaurant - what a bonus!
