Booked the apartment for 5 days as I had an exam.
Lovely apartment, very high standard and well equipped. I was able to revise in the apartment and cook easily. Really useful to have access to wifi.
Occasionally noisy at night but overall a brilliant stay.
Very prompt communication and correspondence with the management/landlord even during the stay.
Excellent location! Would definitely recommend and book again.
I rented this apartment for a week as I was working in Edinburgh. It was right on the 35 bus route which was perfect for commuting. The apartment was great with freeview, Wifi internet and the bed was one of the best I have have ever slept in. Great value for money and cost less than the neighbouring hotels and much better quality. I liked the local pictures, artwork and story books..lovely scottish feel. Would use again.
I have stayed in this apartment twice in the last 3 months. The apartment is centrally located for the Grassmarket and the Royal Mile. There are tons of restaurants and things to do. The apartment itself is stunning, the superking bed is so comfy! We always eat out but there is a full kitchen and table and chairs for you to stay in too! we would recommend and will be back again soon!!
This apartment is centrally situated and very close to the tourist heart of Edinburgh. It is well finished and decorated and the large bed very comfortable. However it is on the ground floor abutting the pavement at the junction of Cowgate and the Grassmarket and there is no soundproofing on the windows. It is thus VERY noisy and the revelry outside went on until 4AM making it impossible to sleep. The Kitchen is excellent but there is no table to eat at.

Thank you for the feedback you provided, and we agree the apartment is perfect to explore Edinburgh.
This is a new apartment and we had not been advised of noice being a problem so thank you for bringing it to my attention. I understand that the weekend you stayed in the apartment was 'freshers' week for all the new Edinburgh University students so would have been very busy. We have however instructed the installation of soundproof secondary glazing into the apartment now so that those not involved in the party can still enjoy their stay.

Lovely, modern apartment in a great location. We went away for my boyfriends 21st so i had lots of surprises planned e.g The Dungeons, The Witchery Tour which was all with in walking distance, plenty of restaraunts and bars around. Apartment was immaculate when we arrived, super kingsize bed which was very comfy! Also had a iPod docking station and DVD which came in handy. All in all we would def recommend this apartment and will be back again. Thanks for a great weekend!
