Despite some banking issues (my/HSBC fault), arrangements made with Tracy to get to the apartment etc were easy if a tad comical given aforementioned issues.
Apartment itself is situated in a beautiful area of Edinburgh; safe, clean and furnished to a high standard.
Bedroom is massive and seems like a real waste of space and something I'd change if I owned it (fat chance!!), but this had no impact on our stay.
Kitchen is decently equipped, missing a toaster but you can do that in the oven/grill or on the panini press I suppose.
Bathroom was lovely; used bath and shower which were both excellent, although hot water was done after one bath but that may have been something we were doing wrong with the boiler settings etc.
Neighbours from next door block (which is actually directly above apt) had a loud party that required Noise Abatement Team intervention (windows, light fixtures shaking, doors rattling) but I'm sure that was a one off.
All in all, a great base for exploring Edinburgh and one I would happily recommend.
