Had a very comfortable stay. The apartment is well maintained and is ideally located for the Fringe. Definately a good choice for visiting Edinburgh.Friendly and helpful landlord.

Excellent Apartment. Very Friendly landlord. All amenities provided. Extremely easy to find from Waverly train station. Centrally Located. I have stayed in Edinburgh a few times and this was the best place i have stayed. Me and my friends will be using the apartment again and I shall be recommending this to all my friends and relatives.
