The accommodation was charming, very central, totally as described, warm, safe, andvery good value for money.
We stayed in and cooked some nights and went out others. Our stay was made effortless by the facilities on offer and would recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful, charming apartment, plenty close enough to walk to and from town. Quiet, everything was supplied (we appreciated the games!) There were 4 of us and lots of space. The price was terrific for Edinburgh. Highly recommended.

Hola, mi nombre es Almudena y durante 3 dias me aloje con mi marido y mi amiga en la maravillosa casa de Osborne Terrace. Las fotos se corresponden perfectamente con la realidad, el jardin es precioso. El centro de la ciudad esta muy cerca. Los propietarios son muy amables, simpaticos y acogedores.Recomiendo a quien quiera viajar a Edimburgo que se aloje aqui.

Brilliant house very well situated and lovely inside. Nice small front garden separated from main road by thick private hedge (privet? :)).
There was also a lovely back garden with table and chair. It was s facing and sunny. Inside it was very nice. The living room was cottage like and had a homely coal effect gas fire. The furnishings and decorations were tasteful and attractive. The little kitchen was small but perfectly adequate. The bathroom was roomy and well equipped. The main bedroom was commodious and tastefully appointed. We had no trouble parking our car and the rental was very convenient for buses into Edinburgh. It was a great location for the rugby international. We were really pleased with our find.

This is a beautiful apartment with plenty of space and good heating. It is nice and light and the kitchen and bathroom areas are well equipped. It is convienently located a short distance from the city centre and close to both buses and trains. I really loved staying here.
