A fabulous location with great views of the queues for the Tattoo and afterwards the soldiers leaving the castle - piping as they go! Very atmospheric and surprisingly quiet for such an amazing location.
Bedrooms a good size, but let down a bit by very poor plumbing - it took 30 mins to run a hot bath 4 cm deep! Small communal area a bit of a challenge; tiny kitchen not really suited to self -catering. But staff very nice and helpful, though they couldn't sort out the slow running hot water! And yes - the photos are of somewhere else entirely!

Stayed here as a party of 8 (orginally a party of 6 which was changed easily by the office) and all were extremely happy with the apartment facilites and location. It is right on the Royal Mile.It was very clean with everything you need, especially a dishwasher!!! When we return to Edinburgh again will definitely look to staying here. Excellent service & great value for money.

My family and I were delighted with the location of the apartment - it was literally 2 minutes from the venue in which our son was performing so it was perfect. My only criticism would be that the living space was very small and it was difficult for us all to sit and eat together - in fact the apartment we were given looked rather different from the photos shownon this page. Harvey, the young man who showed us to the apartment was delightful and could not have been more helpful. I would happily use the company again, but double check the communal space.

WE HAD ALOVELY STAY FLAT WAS JUST GREAT LOCATION GREAT WILL DEFINITELY BOOK AGAIN. WE ATTENDED THE QUEENS GARDEN PARTY HAD A LOVELY TIME. OUR IRON WAS NOT WORKING, WE CALLED INTO THE SHOP AND WERE GIVEN A NEW ONE WITH NO PROBLEM AT ALL,THE GIRL WHO TOOK US TO THE APPARTMENT WAS SO HELPFUL. ALL MY FAMILY WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH EVERYTHING BEDS SO COMFY, FLAT VERY CLEAN, BEST LOCATION EVER. WILL BE BACK SOON.

This apartment is great. It is finished to a very high standard with modern furnishings and decor.

The kitchen was well equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine as well as an oven and fridge/freezer, the living room had a nice sized dining table, lovely leather sofas and a big TV with freeview and free wifi.

The bedrooms were all very large, enough towels were provided for everyone and the beds were comfortable.

There was a lage bathroom with a bath and shower, a single shower room with toilet and basin and a shower room so plenty of room for many people to stay there without waiting to use the bathroom. There were no problems with hot water, everyone managed to have a warm shower everyday and it did not run out.

The location was also excellent, right on the Royal Mile with its restaurants and bars and of course the fantastic architecture. Walking distance from the train station and an NCP car park depending on how you arrive. The NCP car park is a little expensive but at the end of the day Edinburgh is a capital city where parking tends to be a premium!More shops and eateries were also within 5 minutes walk and Princes Street was only 10 mins away by foot. The castle was easily accesible as well, just a 10 minute walk away.

I would recommend this apartment for corporate groups, groups of friends and parties.

**We really had a bad experience in living in the apartment, we did not have proper shower whilst we there...because there was no proper hot water, the power kept tripping, no sky, drainage pipe was broken, so its not really a good thing you want to encounter when you are on a once in a "bluemoon" summer bank holiday.

No parking available for car, we had to park in the pay and park station.
