A lovely apartment right in the heart of the city.

The landlord was very welcoming to our group of six, and even suggested a few good local pubs. The apartment itself is large, modern and with plenty of character. Lots of stairs to climb but it was worth it.

We enjoyed our stay and are already planning to return. Highly recommended.

Fantastic apartment. Really good size and brilliant location. Booking process couldn't be easier and offers terrific value for money.

It is up a couple of flights of stairs, so if your not as mobile it might not be as easy.

Apart from that I would highly recommend this apartment.

The apartment was in a great location, just 2 mins walk from the train station, just off the Royal Mile and within walking distance to Princes Street. It was clean, had everything we needed and was a very reasonable price. The two bathrooms were also great especially as there was 4 girls who all had to get ready for our nights out! Jon, the owner was very friendly and helpful and even returned my phone charger that I had left behind! Would recommend it!

The apartment was on the whole very nice, although the kitchen could do with some updating. The stairs proved difficult for one of our group. The stairs were pointed out when the booking was made, but we did not realise there would be so many. However, the location was first class and we enjoyed our visit.

This apartment is only seconds from the train station and couldn't be in a better position for both the Old Town and Princes Street areas.
It is surprisingly spacious and had everything we needed for our stay.
The second bathroom is a real bonus.
We received a warm welcome from the owner and his family, who were very helpful in recommending takeaways etc.
Didn't have time to read the book though!
