Excellent apartment very close to the City centre. The apartment was beautiful, clean and well appointed and the owner, Brian, was extremely helpful and friendly. The apartment was warm and inviting. We will definitely stay there again for longer.

The nicest apartment I have ever been in a vacation! We spent Christmas there...nice, warm, cosy. From the first moment we went inside we loved it!
Brian, was a very nice host, had prepared everything to perfection and gave us all the information we needed.
It is well located, close to princess street. It would have probably been easier if it was in the old town, but I'm sure in the old town you can't find such a nice big apartment! If I'd go back to Edinburgh, I would again choose for this apartment!
Bus connections are good and taxi's from/to the old town are no more then £5 or £6 anyway.

The apartment is very spacious, warm, beautifully decorated and furnished and in a very good location - we walked to everything we wanted to see. The parking space was a bonus too. Highly recommended. Many thanks to the owner - our stay was only too short and we would love to return one day.

A wonderful spacious apartment that has everything you could need for relaxing break in a great city. The decor and cleanliness of the apartment was first class and Brian was very helpful throughout our visit. A gentle 15 minute walk will get you onto Princes Street. Many thanks for great stay...

Very clean, comfortable and spacious apartment. Near buses for the city and parking an advantage. Owner very helpful, welcome pack much appreciated. Bathroom with its underfloor heating a luxurious touch.

We stayed here a week--it's a beautiful flat, great location, and reasonably priced. Brian was very helpful. You can easily walk to some nice pubs in Stockbridge and to the New Town. It's right next to the Water of Leith walkway. And it's very convenient for buses. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen is lovely. Thanks for the wonderful time!
