Simply perfect and great value for money!! Very clean, comfortable and cozy. The location is perfect, very close to the city centre, but it's in a quiet area. The accommodation had everything we needed and even more. The size of the apartment is perfect for 3 or 4 people. We had the very best short stay in an apartment ever.

All I can say is that we loved your property and the extra attention to detail that you go to by meeting us and handing us a goody box, going through all the appliances and advising us on direction and all my other questions. Cleanliness of the apartment was up to standard, and the location was just great. We left a note with a couple of things that needed fixing i.e one plate that had been cracked and the screws in the clothes airer. I have no complaints otherwise and hope we can come back to Edinburgh soon to rebook with you. You certainly set the bar for accommodation for our month of travelling, but alas there are not others like you out there, Thank you very much, The Dalziels.

[The accommodation represents] very good value. The accommodation was perfect for us. A well-designed, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing flat. We enjoyed the views, space, and comfortability. Beds were wonderful. Location was absolutely perfect. We were close to all transportation and major Edinburgh sites, yet had some quiet on the street. We could not have asked for a better group serving this flat and our needs during our stay. They promptly returned our phone calls to answer questions and were gracious and informative. When the coffee machine was broken, they arrived with a new french press in minutes.

We were all delighted with our 3 night stay at Lynedoch Place. The location of the apartment is excellent, within walking distance of all the tourist attractions in the city centre and yet in a quiet area allowing for a peaceful and relaxing break at the same time. The apartment is refurbished to an extremely high standard and very well equipped, which made for a very easy and pleasant stay. We found that the apartment was very good value for money when compared to the cost of hotels in the area.

Fantastic traditional well equipped flat in a beautiful part of the city. Warm, quiet and cosy, but only a few minutes walk to the heart of Edinburgh - a home from home. I have stayed in the apartment on a number of occasions and found the quality and service faultless every time. Highly recommended.
