apartment was fantastic. very modern, clean and furnished to a high spec. location was ideal as next to shops, omni centre, edinburgh playhouse as well as bus station, edinburgh castle, etc,etc. was given access to the private queens street gardens which was lovely ~ a slice of piece and tranquility in the midst of the hustle and bustle of the city!! would recommend and would stay again!

Stayed for two nights with my teenage daughter. Found the apartment very easily along with the instructions to gain access. A perfectly situated apartment - very central but still in a quiet street. Large hallway leading to bedroom with small kitchenette then bathroom with shower. The owner was most helpful and let us check in early with our bags. There was everything we needed - hairdryer, fridge, microwave, tea, coffee etc. We requested the use of a DVD player earlier which we ended up not using as the weather was great for our sightseeing trip and the owner even provided a selection of DVDs. The only small things which I could fault were we would have liked to sit outside in a small area but the metal table and chairs were a bit dirty(not really the season yet for sitting out I know) and we felt the bed was a bit hard. The owner also let us leave our bags there on the day we left as our train was later in the day. Overall, a great place to stay for two which I wouldn't hesitate returning to.

Fantastic location, minutes walk from Princes Street. Lights where on when we arrived making it warm and welcoming. Nice little touches like fleecey covers on beds, lovely on cold night! The owner kindly let us leave our bags after usual check out time, which was much appreciated.Will stay again and recommend

We flew in late at night, and had organised the key collection with no problems. The apartment was lovely, close enough to walk everywhere. Plenty of local information provided, with contact numbers if we needed anything extra. Lots of light, and great size for two.

The apartment was within easy walking distance to the St James Shopping Centre and Princes Street. I prebooked a parking space so the car stayed parked for the duration of our trip and we took the bus to explore the city.
Only one criticism (this was personal preference) the bed was too hard for our liking. Apart from this we enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and quite spacious and the shower was good.

The suite was central to the main tourist area so very convenient. Large entrance hall to store bags,coats and shoes out of the way. Everything you need for a city break and a very comfortable bed. Great value for money. Thank you.

I was really impressed with the apartment. I've always usually gone with the hotel option but not any more! It was so nice to have such a lovely space for our stay. Couple of minutes on foot to the city centre so perfect for all the sights.

Also, having got to a rainy Edinburgh with a fairly ill boyfriend I called the owner to see if we could access the apartment early, the owner was incredibly accommodating and let us in a couple of hours early which was really appreciated. I can't wait to visit again!

This little apartment was tastefully decorated, clean and ideal to be used as a base to explore Edinburgh.
Perfectly situated to be close to the main areas but far enough away to be quiet enough for a good nights sleep.

Just back from two nights in this lovely apartment. Would recommend it to any couple looking for a smart, clean, place to stay in a superb location. It is a stone's throw from St. Andrew Square and Harvey Nicks...Owner was very helpful before arriving with all my queries. Very pleased with our choice!! Many thanks!!

Just a great place to stay, good location, well decorated rooms, warm and comfortable.
It's a small apartment but well laid out and pleasant to relax in after a long day having fun.
We would love to return (soon).

Fantastic location. A few minutes walk from Princes St. and the onward to the castle. The room was eloquently decorated and well prepared. The price was better than a hotel room of equivalent standard (sometimes worse!) yet own privacy, food, comforts and much better location. Would definitely stay again on this alone.

Although, the exceptional part came from the owners. In the recent snow our flights were cancelled. We called the owner to ask for a late checkout, on the same morning. We were allowed to stay as long as we needed! I lost my wallet and thought it was gone to the street. Yet the owner called my girlfriend and say he found it. My gf offered to pay the postage to send it back but he refused and posted on his own money.
Very kind and personal dealings which added a nice touch to what was already an excellent apartment.
