I rented this apartment for my family to live in while we all celebrated my husband's 60th.
It was above and beyond what we were all expecting-fabulous!

A just about perfect place for the six of us--mom, dad, and our son and daughter and their significant others for 8 days. Magnificent views, spacious and comfortable public space and great bedrooms and baths. We wanted something we could retreat to from the Festival and this turned out to be wonderfully quiet besides beautiful and comfortable. The bus was just a 3 minutes walk from the front door and it quickly got us to central Edinburgh. Also, some good restaurants close-by as well as a full-service grocery store. Steve was also quite helpful in organizing our stay.

What a wonderful apartment! Standing on the deck you literally are standing over the Firth of Forth. And the other direction - the castle in the city. It was just wonderful.

The amenities in the apartment are stellar. Being next to the Asda supermarket is great. We loved the bus ride into town everyday!

I wish we had figured out that the pier to the west had many great looking restaurants earlier in the visit (they face the opposite way) - we didn't get a chance to eat there.

It was all just wonderful. Definitely a great place to stay in Edinburgh.

Superb Apartment with amazing views of both the sea and Edinburgh castle. All the little extras in the apartment made it the perfect base for a break away. Bus stop close by although taxis were easy to book and reasonably priced as well.

This is a very well appointed apartment in a fantastic situation. The accommodation is very comfortable and the views are wonderful. Good eating is available nearby and a handy Asda is also useful. Add to this the convenience of getting in and out of the city easily by public transport and you have the perfect spot for a city break that is as busy or as restful as you would like.

This is our third time to visit Edinburgh,so far the best accommodation. We had a party of five people and this apartment had everything we needed and is very spacious. We loved waking up to those views and seeing those sunsets at night, we didnt want to leave!

The Newhaven Quay was lovely and good value for money. Also the bus service was excellent. When we return to Edinburgh we would love to come back to this apartment.

I travel thoughout the UK for my business and I stayed at this apartment for a full week on business, as had several meetings around Edinburgh and must honestly say that it was very comfortable, I slept well and was just like home.
The sunsets are something to see. My problem I now have is other apartments now dont seem to come up to the mark. it is a quiet location, easy to get into town, as well as visiting Leith.

Property Manager Response (17 May 2010):

Thank you for your comments, and we look forward to your coming to stay at our apartment again soon.

This was our Third visit to Edinburgh, and having previously stayed in the very centre of Edinburgh in the 'Old Town' area, we decided to look a bit further out this time as our previous accommodation and the noise was less than ideal.

We chose this apartment based on the photos on the web site and we were not disappointed. It was exactly as portrayed in the pictures and was not only the nicest apartment we have stayed in (a real home from home), but also the one with the most fantastic views!

Although it is located outside of the main centre of Edinburgh it is conveniently located with plenty of bus links. We used a hire car and so the underground parking was very handy.

This apartment will definitely be our first choice if we return to Edinburgh again.

Property Manager Response (13 Mar 2010):

Thank you for your comments Andrew and we look forward too your staying at our apartment again. Steve
