An excellent apartment. Great location, really clean & tidy and had everything we needed for a girly weekend! Pat was so helpful & she helped make the experience as good as it was. Highly recommended!!!

The apartment was very clean, modern and spacious. The welcome pack was a lovely touch and gave us the basics we needed. Everything you need is provided. It is in a fabulous location right in the city centre so bars, restaurants, shops and culture all within walking distance. Pat the owner couldn't have been more helpful and always responded quickly to emails. We were a group of 5 ladies on a hen weekend and it gave us the flexibility that a hotel wouldn't. I would highly recommend this wonderful apartment to groups of friends or families. As the last review says Pat the owner has thought of everything including providing a hair dryer for each room. Don't hesitate to book.

We stayed at the apartment over Easter for a short stay to visit friends.

The apartment was perfect for our stay, great location in the centre and in easy reach of all the amenities you could need, but also quiet / relaxing stay and very private. Really nicely decorated and amble room for all.

We stayed with our two young boys and they loved the toy cupboard... a great find after a day out and kept them amused while we sat back and relaxed with our friends.

I would thoroughly recommend the apartment for families - kitted out perfectly, even down to the plastic cups and plates in the cupboard (Pat has indeed thought of everything). But equally great for a group of adults.

Also recommend the thai next door for a take away!

We will certainly be back next time we are in Scotland.

I stayed with 7 male friends in this flat for a long 6th Nations Rugby weekend. We were all impressed by the location (it couldn't be more central), the size of the apartment was perfect, the quality of the accomodation and all the practicalities of it amazed all of us!

The kitchen is well kitted, the 3 bathrooms are a plus so it was quick to get 8 of us ready in the morning. Starbucks is 2 min walking distance (if like us, you are too lazy to prepare coffee), pubs, restaurants and clubs all walking distance.

The Thai restaurant next door is also recommended!

All my friends said that they would definitely love to come back to Edinburgh and would recommend all their friends & families in France to stay in this very modern & comfortable flat.

A home from home Apartment!
This modern apartment was just perfect for our girls weekend away! It was lovely and spacious. Room to room was virtually sound proof. Three bathrooms was a big bonus all really making it fantastic for large groups. The kitchen had everything. Sauses,cooking oil,salt,pepper,dish washer tablets and washing up liquid so no major shopping needed. Pat the owner even bought in milk,bread,cornflakes and wine this saved a trip to the shop on arrival. Pat thought of everything and was very helpful before our stay. The location really is fab,myself and the girls will most definitely be coming back!

This Flat was brilliant!
I organised a get together for my friends and everone thought it was so well kitted out, the owners had thought of everything - even toys and boardgames for families. The decor and furnishing are very modern - three bathrooms/showers which were great for 7 females getting ready to go out! You couldnt ask for a better location - with George street just round the corner and about a 10-15 min walk and your up at the castle. The owner Pat was in contact by email and very helpful. Would recommend this to anyone and would love to go back again. (Also found the LetIn staff helpful when I called for advice!)
