This is a great flat in a fantastic location. A few minutes up the road are lots of very good places to eat, and the flat is on good bus routes into and out of town.

The flat itself is a good size, and is well finished. A nice new kitchen and comfortable beds!

The only down side for people with kids (like us) is that it is top floor - 3rd floor, which we either did not know or had forgotten about. However, this is a small price to pay for a great flat. We would stay there again.

Very good. Excellent for shops and buses. Quiet with a reserved parking space - important in Edinburgh.

As ever, we enjoyed our stay. The flat is clean, comfortable and well-kept. Initially we weren't sure how smoothly the key safe access would go, but it went well.
