Fantastic apartment which is ideally situated for sights, buses, pubs, restaurants, shops. The Castle is literally minutes walk. We didn't need cabs, just our walking shoes! Fully equipped, really clean, comfy beds. We even had a Sainbury's delivery to the flat on our arrival - perfect. One recommendation from us all would be a CD player in the lounge and a little more toilet roll as we had to stock up! There were 10 girls in the flat, but with the separate shower and bathroom with shower plus 2 loo's, it wasn't a problem. Loved it that it was all on one floor too. I can highly recommend this apartment and would love to come and stay again.

Fabulous place, so central, pubs, restaurants etc only minutes from the apartment. Well equipped kitchen,nice social area in the lounge with fab views of people meandering by. Ten girls stayed and everyone thought the place was great. Perhaps a little more toilet roll and maybe a couple more tea towels or kitchen roll.
Would love to stay again.

Perfect location for the Grassmarket and Castle and only 5-10 mins walk from Princes Street. The apartment was spacious and perfect for our girls weekend. The bathrooms and all living areas were spotless. I would definitely use this apartment again.

A superb property right in the heart of Edinburgh. The modern kitchen, living area and bathrooms added to the comfort of the property. Our group was a party of 10 and the property provided a great base camp to explore the city and surrounding area. I would not recommend for children due to the minimal floor space and no garden for playing.
Great price especially if your party is large enough to fill property.
Could have benefitted from an extra shower, but otherwise a great place to stay.

This apartment was absolutely spot on for what we wanted. The location is faultless and the ease of access and security top notch. There were 10 of us in total and I couldnt believe how much space we all actually had. We will be coming back....hopefully year after year!! Only thing I would complain about was shortage of toilet paper and lack of soap to wash hands.
