We booked the apartment for 2 couples for a weekend break and were very pleased, the apartment is in great location, it is spacious is well maintained. The close is frequently visited by tourists taking photos as it is very picturesque. My wife and her sister felt really at home as soon as the walked in and almost felt 'local' I'm sure they posed for a couple of tourist photos!

This apartment would be ideal for British and foreign visitors due to the close proximity of Holyrood Palace and Scottish Parliament building. We went to a show at the Playhouse and it was only a 15 minute stroll from Calton Road at the rear of the apartment, there is pedestrian access thereto and this is also handy for unloading bags etc from your car. There is no parking nearby but the Travelodge car park (its public not owned by the hotel chain) which is a 10 minute walk up the Royal mile is cheapest at £10 per day, I have used it several times on Royal Mile breaks. We hope to stay here again, the owner is very nice and showed customer relation communications, he was even good enough to text us during our stay to ensure everything was ok.
