Nice accomodation in an excellent location for sightseeing and nightlife. Not suitable for families due to the lively location. Surrounded by bars so its noisy until the early hours. Good room sizes, clean and comfortable.

Decent comfortable apartment in a great central position. Decor looking a bit tired but overall clean and warm. It does ajoin a lively Nightclub and while this was not a problem for us, anyone wishing to sleep at a reasonable hour or for those with younger children this could be a problem.

This flat has a great central location with easy access to the Royal Mile and Grassmarket areas of Ediburgh, however, if you are sensitive to noise, then consier elsewhere as it is an area with substantial night life.
