Broughton Apartment 2

A luxury self-catering apartment set in the east of Edinburgh's New Town. The accommodation is a main door flat set over 2 floors and comprises five double bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, large dining room, spacious hallway, bathroom and shower room. Sleeps up to 10 adults, all beds can be split into 2 singles so couples or singles can both be accommodated.

The accommodation is beautifully furnished and finished, the apartment has stripped timber flooring throughout and a stunning fireplace along with many period features. There is a small private garden to the front of the building and a south facing garden can be reached from the French doors in the dining room.

The location offers the best of both worlds - the street is residential and quiet but is also ideally situated for shopping and entertainment being only five minutes walk from both The Playhouse Theatre and John Lewis. Broughton Street itself is arguably Edinburgh's hippest street - restaurants and bars share space with some of Edinburgh's best food shops and specialist boutiques. It is also five minutes from the new Omni centre which has a multiscreen cinema and a ten minute walk to Harvey Nichols. For more relaxing pursuits the Botanic Gardens are nearby as are all the beautiful crescents of the New Town.

Parking is restricted monday to friday 8.30am to 5.30pm but is free at the weekend. On street parking is £1.20 per hour with a maximumstay of 4 hours. There are 2 large car parks at the top of the street which charge approx £15 per day (9-5), subject to availability. We can drive you to the nearest free parking (10-15 minutes walk) if you do not plan to use your car during your stay.

Standard check in is 4pm and check out is 11am, when we do not have back to back bookings we permit early check-in/late check out on request at no extra charge. If this is not possible we can store your luggage at our restaurant in the same block as the property.
