Murrayfield Stadium is a 15/20minute walk away along the river.

The building dates back to 1875 but the apartment has been beautifully renovated to an exceptionally high standard and offers contemporary and comfortable accommodation. Split over 3 levels the apartment has lounge, large kitchen/dining room, 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and fantastic bathroom with bath and separate shower. This apartment features wireless broadband, digital TV, DVD player (plus supply of DVDs), ipod speakers plus a fully equipped kitchen.

Minimum 3 night stay, though 2 nights can be accommodated at a slightly higher rate, please call to enquire. At peak times (New Year, Christmas, Festival time - August) this may increase to 4 or 5 night minimum stay.

This apartment is right in the city centre so if you want to travel public transport will be right at hand.

All of our guests will be met by apartment owner to be given keys for their stay. Check out time is 10.30am and standard check in time is 4pm. We will endeaver to look after any bags where possible to make the start or end of your stay with us as pleasurable as possible. No late arrival supplements and no Security Deposit are required. Full payment will be requested 6 weeks prior to arrival or on booking if less than 6 weeks before your visit.
