Princes Street and other shopping areas, for you to enjoy, are a short walk from the property.

This property has been renovated to a high standard but retains many fine period features and a traditional feel, so would make an excellent base for both families and groups looking for centrally located accommodation within a historic setting.

The sleeping accommodation comprises of 2 spacious double bedrooms (1 double room can sleep 4 with the use of an additional fold down sofa bed if required) and 3 bedrooms each with bunk beds.

This gem of a property also benefits from an open plan lounge/kitchen that has been modernised to a high standard, a bathroom (with bath, shower and WC) and a further shower-room (with double shower and WC).

Check in is from 5pm on day of arrival and check out is at 11am on day of departure. Access codes for the door entry system and key safe are emailed out the day before arrival so you are able to access the property without having to meet anyone or pick up keys.

A 25% deposit is payable on booking and the balance of the cost of your stay must be received by us not less than 28days prior to departure. Please note guests are required to pay a refundable security deposit of £250.00, 28days before the start of your stay.
